You know how footy is a winter game? And it gets cold in Woodend.
Well, we will be training tomorrow night so put on some extra layers, if you’re worried about a bit of a chill, and get down to GG Oval and keep the momentum going.
This club was created by a bunch of blokes who fronted up every week rain, hail or snow in one of the wettest coldest winters we have had around here in years to make sure we could join the league. We had over 20 blokes each week pulling the boots on to be part of something special
And it was a shitload of fun. Let’s improve the numbers at training and make a statement at the carnival in a month.
