It’s time to revive an old town rivalry when we head down the road to Gisborne to take on their over 35s under lights on Saturday night. Our fist game saw us stun them with a 60-point win in a practice match before our first season in the VCMAFL.
The Bulldogs didn’t like it and the following year when we were set to meet them again they stacked up on young guns, while our guns were off catching sun and surf to escape the mid-winter blues.

Let’s not let that happen again so we’re keen to have a full side ready to restore our rightful place as the better team. A David and Goliath moment.
The over-45s play at 5pm (Gisborne v Maryborough) and we follow them. So please be in the rooms no later than 6pm so we can all be ready by the bounce.
